Island Escape Homes provides corporate housing solutions in various cities across the United States, including major metropolitan areas and smaller remote towns. We ensure that our accommodations are situated near your desired location, whether it be near your worksite, shopping, public transportation, or entertainment.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Yes, we are pet-friendly at many of our locations! We understand that pets are a part of your family and we have various pet-friendly accommodations available. Please let us know during the reservation process if you plan on bringing your furry friend along. Refundable pet deposits, pet rent, and/or pet fees may apply.

IS THERE A MINIMUM STAY?

Typically, our stays are for a minimum of 30 days or more. However, we have properties in some major cities where weekly stays are offered. We are flexible and can work with you to come up with a housing solution that suits your travel needs.

HOW MUCH WILL THIS COST?

Our rates vary depending on location, length of stay, size, and specific requests. We work with our clients' budgets and requests to ensure that your stay is everything you asked for and more!

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Island Escape Homes accepts all major credit cards. We also provide convenient direct billing for approved corporations.

DO YOU OFFER CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN?

Yes, we do! We want to make your temporary housing experience as convenient and seamless as possible. You can check in via keypad box at your convenience.

IS HOUSEKEEPING AVAILABLE?

Yes, housekeeping is available upon request on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis depending on your needs and length of stay. Please contact us if you are interested in receiving this service.

ARE UTILITIES INCLUDED?

Yes, we provide fully-furnished apartments and homes that come equipped with all utilities, including water, gas, electricity, internet, and phone. All utilities are turned on and ready prior to your arrival.
